Yes. If you operate an Official Establishment or Retail Store That Grinds Raw Beef Products, Read the Federal Regulations and USDA Rule here. FSIS and in some cases state agencies can inspect grind logs.

What is required to use the service?
You will need an Android device (running Android 6 or higher, Android 13 or higher recommended) with a camera (flash recommended) and with internet access through wifi or mobile data.

Why do some numbers on the downloaded report look like this 9.00763E+13?
Your spreadsheet program may change large numbers to scientific notation. In Microsoft Excel, right-click the top of the column, select Format Cells, select Number from the Category, and set decimal places to 0.

I don’t have an Android phone, how much does it cost?
A quality device with a case and screen protector costs around one hundred-fifty dollars.

Can several people use one subscription.
Yes, that is a great way to use the app. But, each store must have its own subscription.

How do I scan a barcode?
Press the Scan button on the app and get close enough to the GS-128 barcode that it almost fills the view. The phone will read the barcode, beep and display the 'Contents' screen. Instructions for scanning a barcode begins at 1:51 in the video below. Without an account you can scan barcodes in demo mode to test the app and your device.

How do I pay?
On the Account page of this website, click on Buy Subscription. If you pay by check, please include your account code on your check.

If I pay before the end of my subscription, when does the new subscription start?
When you pay early, 370 days are added to the end of your current subscription.

What is the Referral Program?
